About Your Trainers

Sean Basler

As the Senior Analytics Strategist in Ayima's New York office, Sean has a strong passion for storytelling through data visualization. Hailing from Oregon, he made his way to the East Coast after teaching English in France, eventually graduating from NYU with a Master's in Business & Information Systems and joining Ayima in April 2016.

Involved with all things data, Sean is in charge of crafting analytics strategies, automating reports, building dashboards, and forecasting. He also dabbles in data science thanks to a background in economics and statistics. As a strong advocate for making decisions based on a data-driven approach, he is always looking to empower consultants by creating a culture of analytics at Ayima.

Peter O'Neill

In 2006 Peter stumbled upon the world of digital analytics and discovered a passion. His passion is driven by a simple truth – used appropriately, digital analytics can transform organisations by helping managers make smarter decisions that impact performance.

The look on clients’ faces at the point when they realize the power of analytics and insight is Peter’s catalyst. His frustration is that most companies still do not maximize the potential value from their digital analytics and he makes it his goal to change that state of events.

Peter is the founder of MeasureCamp, a Digital Analytics unconference now running in over 20 cities around the world, and also co-founded MeasureBowling. He is a frequent speaker and keynoter at Digital conferences around the world.
